I emailed the company twice as the same product went on a further sale less than 24 hours after I purchased and heard nothing back

stitching seems to be excellent quality, mid zippers though i doubt the zippers will last over 5 years (have worked in textile industry)

Bought DEAN backpack as a gift but when tried to exchange for different colour I was told to buy new one and return original. Now they won't take back original despite fact that it is unused!!! So much for caring about customer satisfaction! We are very dissatisfied and have every intention of returning replacement if they don't accept original. This could be a win-win, instead it is a lose-lose. No one is happy!

This was my first Matt & Nat purchase and I couldn’t be happier! I shopped online and shipping was very fast, it even arrived a day sooner than predicted with FedEx. The bag itself - MET Vegan Crossbody Wallet - was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something small that I could use as a purse or throw into my diaper bag if I’m out with the kids. I like that it can hold my keys and phone in the front pocket and it has plenty of card slots in the back, definitely recommend!

My purchase was delivered quickly, the bag is really cute and the quality of the material is good. Really happy with ris purchase

As a vegan, I really love what this company is doing, but after purchasing quite a few items from them, I couldn't recommend spending full price, particularly on their shoes.

Like some other reviews have mentioned, the sizing is wild. I ordered four pairs of shoes in the same size, and two were wildly tight, one was slipping off my feet, and only one fit decently. They were all sale, so I couldn't return them, which I knew, but was annoying. I've ordered a pair of sunglasses from them which were not cheap, but fell apart in less than a month. Their bags I've had better luck with. I have four different bags, but two of them look cheaper than I expected, and I hardly wear them. Due to the returns policy, I just kept them. Their shipping also never updates, even though you get a tracking code (it's always invalid), so I had no idea when to expect delivery.

It's a shame, because there's one pair of boots that I always get compliments on so I do mention where I bought it, but after spending so much money with the company and getting inconsistent quality, I just can't buy anything here myself anymore (definitely not at full price), or really recommend it to others.

I bought two pairs of shoes in the same size, the one fit fine, the other was so small I couldn’t even get it on my foot. Returning was kind of a pain, as you have to contact the company first and it takes days to get a response; it’s now been three weeks and the return is not processed and I’m not getting an email response after several days. The boots that I kept look nice, they aren’t especially comfortable, but I appreciate that they are vegan. Vegan shoes can be hard to find in Canada, but I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

Complicated return process and poor quality material. Also the sizing is not true to size as mentioned as well as the pocket placement was horrible.

The boots I received were very poor quality. I wore them once for less than two hours and they are cracking, peeling and will no longer be wearable. I reached out to the customer service team and never got a response from them.

This is the second time I’ve bought from Matt & Nat and both times the products were excellent and shipping was so fast. Wish I lived close to the actual store to go in and shop.
